Terms and Conditions
General:
The size of the pamphlet flyer will be A5 (210mm x 148mm), with various sized ads, such as:
A5 (210mm x 148mm)
A6 (148mm x 105mm)
A7 (105mm x 74mm)
A8 (74mm x 52mm)
Our X-treme Ads - Creating awareness logo will appear on the front of the flyer.
Material:
Material to be designed must be received two weeks prior to flyer distribution. The cost of designing an ad will be R150 per hour, excluding VAT, regardless of the size being designed.
Final art material in the form of a PDF or JPEG must be received one week prior to flyer distribution.
Payment:
Payment must be received in full one week prior to printing taking place, this includes the design fee and ad fee. An invoice, showing VAT for the outstanding amount will be issued on a letterhead either via mail, e-mail or otherwise stipulated.
X-treme Ads will not refund any payments already received after the flyers have been distributed.
Should you cancel your ad at any stage prior to print, such as, after the ad has been designed or print layouts have been prepared, you will still be liable for full payment for the design work and ad rate advertised and agreed upon.
Important:
X-treme Ads guarantee to deliver all flyers as per the area's advertised or according to your personal requirements agreed upon.
However, we reserve the right to distribute to unsafe zones, copyright material and explicit ads, that conflict with our code of ethics at X-treme Ads.
X-treme Ads, shall to the best of our ability carry out our business, however in the event of "a civil war", "an act of God", flood, etc, we will finish the contracted area when it is safe to do so.
We reserve the right to amend changes from time to time without notice. However, these amendments will be available online.
