SHOCKED BY RIP OFF ARTISTS

After searching many, many sites on rates for advertising, I am amazed to see how people are getting ripped off with advertising rates. Not only that, the quality of print and the lack of creative design completely flaws me. Sure we are all out there to earn a living, but really ripping people off should not be part of the game. Seriously, if you are looking for "cheaper" advertising - do your homework properly. You want to get to the right market, you want yor ad to look good, you want the print quality to be perfect. You want people to work closely with you on getting YOUR message out there.
Where has all the personal service gone - up the creek. Now you are dealing with call centers, e-mails, etc and you never get to see the actual or should I say virtual person ever - BUT THEY ARE TAKING YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.
Homework is key, personal relationships are key. Just be careful out there and who you are really dealing with.
